There are unsentimental parents out there with the ability to selectively 'file' their children's masterpieces and work brought home at the end of term...and then there are those who hoard every piece of paper their child has ever made a mark on.
As we fall into the latter category, we needed to design a solution to avoid having to wade knee deep through sugar paper by 2012 - our 'My Work' storage box is hand-made, A3 sized and made of hard-wearing board covered in a neutral linen effect cloth, with a cute little guy embroidered in chocolate brown, along with an appliqued 'My Work' label. The lid closes with matching brown linen ties.
Measuring 420mm x 300mm x 110mm, the box is deep enough to hold a plethora of paintings and home-made birthday cards and looks great on a bookcase or shelf...similar to box files, we designed the boxes to stand up on their sides in order to fit as many as possible in a row!
